The Education Service intends to promote renewable energy to schools and community groups. We offer visits with GEM, presentations and teacher workshops. The activities are “hands on” and fun.

Log Pile
The Log Pile project, a project that aims to promote and aid the use of wood as a source of renewable energy. The Log Pile website includes:

• An online database of wood fuel suppliers
• A complete guide on how to use wood as a sustainable energy source
• A Notice Board for urgent requests
• Detailed information on wood pellets
• Supplier lists of wood pellet stoves and boilers
