The outgoing Norwegian government is continuing its high productivity, by announcing that 26m will be spent on ensuring that every business and consumer in the country can have broadband connection. The move will stimulate competition between broadband providers operating in the country. Norway is currently one of the most wired countries in the EU, with around 50% of the population having internet access.
