![]() Scooters Monday 28 February 2005 Scootering provides a practical, cost effective alternative to car ownership, helping to reduce congestion and inefficiency. Many families are now choosing a scooter rather than buying a second car. A 125cc machine can be ridden on a learner licence and will typically cost under 10 pence per mile to run.
