Despite these problems, the computer serves as a vital environmental education tool, with an ever-expanding range of green software becoming available. Green information dissemination has also reached new levels with the internet, enabling massive reader-bases. So, despite their negative environmental problems, computers are now showing their enormous positive green potential.
